The check-in process was smooth, but I was surprised by

The outdated furniture in the room. While the bed was comfortable, the decor felt a bit worn. The free breakfast was decent, yet the dining area was cramped during peak hours.

It is a quiet place, just off the highway, easily to see.

The hotel was quiet and quiet little, I totally recommend it to family and friends. Everything was good as expected. The location was particularly good and decent - short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

great amenities but limited breakfast options

The jetted tub in the room offered a relaxing escape after a long day. The staff was friendly and provided good local advice. The location was perfect, giving easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast included an apple juice box and a mini muffin, convenient for a quick start.

Nothing.. We woke up to bites on our bodies & the woman that was working at check out stated their weren't any bugs in their hotel. They bought very xpensive matress covers & was approved by some dept. The place smelled & the breakfast was cheap. I paid for a spa room & it was dirty, & smelled musty. We will not be back there again..

This is an excellent hotel with everything one needs but without expensive frills. It is located in the foothills of the Georgia Mountains which is such an excellent location. It is close to everything.right on ga 400.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The room was stylishly remodeled, offering comfort. The breakfast was disappointing, just a snack. Staff were friendly, but communication could be improved.

The room was extremely clean and it was adjacent to several places to eat and a walmart.

The hallway smelled fairly heavily of smoke.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Light over the telephone didn't work. Worst thing was that the seal under the toilet was leaking. Very unsanitary.

I had a great experience overall! The jetted tub in my room was an amazing treat, and the pool area was really inviting. The only downside was the limited breakfast options.

Booked Mobility Access room with Queen beds as well as the tub, which I really appreciated. The rate was me$ 70. Location: the hotel was adjacent to outlet mall and reasturants and a local restaurant and Alpharetta.

Bed spread and sheets old and grungy; 0 amenities: horrible coffee, toiletries are laughable. "Breakfast" consisted of old waffle batter and smashed muffins in their plastic wrappers. Pay the extra $30 and stay at a Hliton Garden Inn. There is no comparison

The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, there was excessive noise from loitering guests that disrupted our family time.

The people were friendly and took care of things quickly.

Rooms smelled 'old'. Tub, toilet, sink and hot tub had glue that looked like a man hocked one in them. Questionable how long it had been since the sheets had been changed. lint or stuff from bedspread on sheets. Had to wait to check in aas owners children had to be picked up from school.

The staff was really nice and accomodating.

I didnt have anything of significance that I did not like.
